GENERAL
INFORMATION
EQUIPMENT:
All
Coaches are the latest Motor coaches that are air-conditioned and
restroom equipped. Transportation and service provided are of the
highest quality.
INSURANCE:
Each
passenger is covered by Liability Insurance while on the coach.
RESERVATIONS:
A
deposit of 15% is required to reserve a coach. We cannot reserve a coach
without a deposit. The balance of payment on any group charter is due 2
weeks prior to your scheduled departure date.
CANCELLATIONS:
Notify
our office 3 weeks prior to your scheduled date of departure of your
desire to cancel a charter and you will receive a full refund. (less any
expenses we may have incurred to help confirm your reservation).
SAFETY:
In
order to assure that all precautions have been taken to provide you with
a safe and comfortable trip, we must request that you consider the
following suggestions:
Do
not throw garbage on the floor. Refuse on the floor could cause an
accident and is unsightly. Garbage containers can be found at the front
of the coach.
Do
not stand in the aisle while the coach is on motion. Hitting the brakes
or a sudden curve could result in your falling.
We
take these precautions in order to care for the precious cargo we carry.
